DELIVERY BUBBLES
We have a delivery service for our bubble balloons in which we use Royal Mail for this service. You can select your required day of delivery BETWEEN MON- FRI ONLY

If ordering for next day delivery Monday-Friday the order will have to be placed before 10am the day prior to desired delivery date. Please be advised we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery.
Royal mail will attempt to deliver once on the desired date - please ensure someone will be home - Please check royal mail shipping policy

COLLECTION
We offer a collection service for all our products. We are based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. WD6 5BW A full address confirmation will be email with receipt.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ROOM IN THE BOOT TO SUPPORT YOUR ORDER SIZE

Monday - Sunday:
Morning Slot: 9:30am-10:15am
Evening Slot: 5:30pm-6:.15pm
Please collect on time there isn't someone always at the studio !

CAN I RETURN?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on non-faulty items, as each order is custom made to your specifications.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
If you wish to amend your order which includes colouring of balloons or wording please get in contact with us at least 14days prior to delivery or collection. You can either email or phone. Please have your order number to hand.
If you wish to cancel your order please ensure you get in contact with us at least 7 days prior to delivery or collection. These are bespoke balloons we supply therefore many of the materials we use are personalized to our customers needs. Unfortunately if you cancel less than 7 days before collection or delivery you will be liable for the cost as these materials will go to waste as most are bespoke stock.
If you need to change the delivery address please let us know 5 days prior to delivery.

If you are an influencer or media brand and would like to work with us please contact us using the below button. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. We do get many requests so cannot guarantee to agree to every request. However we will not do this free of charge

A: Once the balloons are in the customer's care, it is their responsibility to ensure that they are handled safely. All Balloons are taken through a 24hrs quality check to ensure all balloons have no manufacturing faults , We can then hand them over confidently knowing your balloons have met our guidelines . We will not accept any responsibility for damage or deflations once received
