HOW DO I BOOK FOR AN EVENT?
For all events and installations please contact us through our Event Install page. Where you can complete the booking form . Please give as much detail this will ensure a quicker quote
DELIVERY BUBBLES
We have a delivery service for our bubble balloons in which we use Royal Mail for this service. You can select your required day of delivery BETWEEN MON- FRI when checking out. If ordering for next day delivery Monday-Friday the order will have to be placed before 10am the day prior to desired delivery date. Please be advised we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery. There are delays to deliveries during the Coronavirus Pandemic. however 99% do reach there destination when requested SAT delivery is a option but will be £6 in addition to delivery. Please contact if Sat delivery is required . Balloon Guys will not be held responsible for delivery strikes or failed delivery . please take this up with Royal Mail

COLLECTION
We offer a collection service for all our products. We are based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. WD6 5BW A full address confirmation will be email with receipt.

Collection times are as follows:
Monday - Sunday:
Morning Slot: 9:30am-10:15am
Evening Slot: 5:30pm-6:.15pm
Please collect on time there isn't someone always at the studio !

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY BALLOONS?
Most of our balloons can be customised and this you can select when adding a product to your basket. We offer personalisation for Free
If there is anything additional you would like that you cannot see on the website please contact us. We maybe able to help for a small fee
CAN I RETURN?
We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalized orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights. All balloons are tested for faults before leaving the premises . Once the balloons have been received they are down to you to take care of and not balloon guys responsibility
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
If you wish to amend your order which includes colouring of balloons or wording please get in contact with us at least 14days prior to delivery or collection. You can either email or phone. Please have your order number to hand.
If you wish to cancel your order please ensure you get in contact with us at least 7 days prior to delivery or collection. These are bespoke balloons we supply therefore many of the materials we use are personalized to our customers needs. Unfortunately if you cancel less than 7 days before collection or delivery you will be liable for the cost as these materials will go to waste as most are bespoke stock.
If you need to change the delivery address please let us know 5 days prior to delivery.
WORKING WITH MEDIA AND INFLUENCERS
If you are an influencer or media brand and would like to work with us please contact us using the below button. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. We do get many requests so cannot guarantee to agree to every request.
BALLOON CARE
Our Inflated Balloons last for up to 5 days depending on how the balloons are stored.
Our balloons are designed for display and not to be used as a toy. The balloons need to be stored at room temperature in order to be in the best condition possible.
