Please keep the balloons at room temperature where possible. exposure to the cold will reduce inflation time. Balloon displays are intended for decoration only, increased handling may cause damage to the balloons. Excessive heat could cause the balloons for burst.

We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalized orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights. All balloons are tested for faults before leaving the premises .
