We are unable to accept returns of inflated , deflated or personalized orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and bespoke for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold.
If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights. All balloons go through a 24hrs safety & faulty- damage check before leaving our premises .
Please be caustiuos when handling the balloons as damaged  balloons will not be replaced without full charge. Once the balloons are in your care they are your responsibility.
Balloons can pose a choking for children. Please do not leave them unattended.
